I want to share some updates that are happening this weekend!
The price of our full fruit fly cultures will now be $6.00 each, making it easier for you to enjoy our products. We’re introducing smarter shipping options based on your needs and location thanks to our new distribution hubs, which will likely reduce your overall costs compared to the previous flat rate of $16.00. In the past, you were essentially paying $6 per culture with about $10 in shipping. Now, with our new setup, you can opt aGround Advantage shipping at just $4-$5, allowing you to save more! Additionally, we expect the cost of Priority shipping to drop as we minimize travel distances for all items.
For our loyal subscribers, I’ll continue to maintain the $16 price for you, though it may limit free shipping on additional items moving forward.
Please note that Lesser Worms will be removed from the website after next week’s orders due to a distributor change. I'm actively seeking new sources and may need to adjust prices based on negotiations. For now, I’ll have to pause Lesser Worm subscriptions to manage this transition effectively.

As some USPS rates have decreased slightly, I am also re-weighing packages for accurate measurements that support your savings. We’ll combine shipping wherever possible to help keep costs down.
I want you to know that these decisions were not made easily; I genuinely understand the challenges we face in today’s economy. I’ve held off on raising prices during distributor changes and even lowered them whenever possible. So many bugs to choose from! I was told when I got my little eight legged friends that they were eating mealworms-yet it didn’t seem they wanted to eat them…lol… but they LOVED the flies! The BB ones were their favorite! The feeding box was really cool-but they didn’t like it… I wish they would! Would be an easier clean up! Thank you!
I recently adopted a couple of jumping spiders and these are perfect my babies. They're easier for them to catch since they climb everywhere and on everything, including on the spoods haha.
