- Golden Delicious Wingless Melanogaster are the smallest size of fruit flies at 1/16"
- Golden Delicious Wingless Melanogaster are a wingless and lighter color form of the common D. melanogaster
- This wingless and golden form of melanogaster allows for easy breeding and booming cultures in short time
- Cultures should be kept between 70°F - 80°F. Under 70° cultures will start to slow down and not reproduce. Consistent temperatures above 80° will cause the culture to crash
- Cultures will begin producing in about 2 weeks

They really went above and beyond to help get me what I needed. Will definitely become a regular here.
The flies did come in a damaged container and several were out when I opened the box. I taped up the damaged parts and it seems to be doing well. They came alive and very active. Would recommend to others for sure.
Convenient especially for someone who lives in a rural area with minimal options. Fairly priced, and I believe this actually saves me a ton of money. Our local chain pet store that provides fruit flies charges an obscene amount for a container of half dead flies, and are not sustainable for more than a few days. This option allows me to keep flies for 6 weeks! I didn’t see a SINGLE unalive fly in my shipment, even after being held at the PO an extra day… it was packed very well. I also really love the lids! And the autoship will make sure I never forget to place my order in time. Thanks so much! Highly highly recommend! Thanks for the stickers!
Perfect everytime
Fruit flies taste like candy!!! yummmmm
