Customer I have ordered from multiple companies and these arrived in the best condition yet. I usually get messy cultures that have food smeared all over inside and it’s a gamble whether they produce. These were clean and doing great. I was mistakenly charged shipping and they figured it out and promptly refunded me. I am eager to order some other items.
